- Makes up a trimestrial and annual statement of account;
- Enables the expense monitoring provided by the budget;
- Promotes the investments and work out the documents for their approval;
- Enables the acquisition of goods and services (appliances, equipment, independent tools and machinery);
- Answers for the registering, organization and preserving the documents which compile the archive.
